Course Aims:
To
review the role of prognosis in clinical management of advanced disease.
1.understand what are the factors
that help with prognostication?
2. how to recognise when patients
are dying
Learning outcomes:
1. understand the clinical
indicators that may help with identifying patients
2.
identify/understand the benefits of identifying patients.
3. use the
appropriate systems; advance care plan, Eppacs etc.
